About This File

This patch fixes the camera judder for Tormented Souls running at 60hz/60fps

Instructions:
- Download the IPS patch
- Use RomPatcher.js (https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/) or use an IPS patching utility
- For ROM file select "globalgamemanagers" file from \Game Folder\TormentedSouls_Data\
- For Patch file select "Tormented Souls-60FPS_Fix.IPS"  
- Click apply and save the "globalgamemanagers.txt" to \Game Folder\TormentedSouls_Data\
- Rename "globalgamemanagers.txt" to "globalgamemanagers" overwriting the original file
