Actraiser Renaissance - 60hz/60fps Camera Judder Fix

This patch fixes the camera judder for Actraiser Renaissance running at 60hz/60fps. 

Instructions:
- Download the IPS patch
- Use RomPatcher.js (https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/) or use an IPS patching utility
- For ROM file select "data.unity3d" file from X:\Game Folder\ActraiserR_Data\
- For Patch file select "Actraiser Renaissance-60FPS_Fix_v1.0.1.IPS"  
- Click apply and save the "data (patched).unity3d" to X:\Game Folder\ActraiserR_Data\
- Rename "data (patched).unity3d" to "data.unity3d" overwriting the original file
