Exo One - 60hz/60fps Camera Judder Fix

This patch fixes camera judder for Exo One running at 60hz/60fps. 

Instructions:
- Download the IPS patch
- Use RomPatcher.js (https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/) or use an IPS patching utility
- For ROM file select "globalgamemanagers" file from X:\Game Folder\EXO ONE_Data\ 
- For Patch file select "Exo_One-60FPS_Fix.IPS" 
- Click apply and save the "globalgamemanagers.txt" to X:\Game Folder\EXO ONE_Data\ 
- Rename "globalgamemanagers.txt" to "globalgamemanagers" overwriting the original file
