Depth of field shader hack using 3Dmigoto.

Disables the DOF effect while on foot/driving in 3rd person and also while driving in 1st person. Does not disable DOF during cutscenes, small interactions during gameplay and finishers during combat.

Extract the files to <path-to-game>.
