soleado 0 Share Posted September 18, 2025 I was browsing the Pages with no release date page and found Doom II: Hell on Earth. But it does have the release dates. And I see that why it gets flagged might be because the macOS release date says "?" with a note that says "Source ports only". I guess that this game never released for macOS (confirmation on Wikipedia) but it got unofficial ports from modders? And that's why? Then what should we do with this macOS release date? Do we remove the mention to macOS release date? Or do we set a fixed year to replace the question mark? I say this because I really want it to disappear from the Pages with no release date page, because it has them. Reply (Quote)
SirYodaJedi 16 Share Posted September 18, 2025 I think we've been slowly removing those. Reply (Quote)
soleado 0 Author Share Posted September 18, 2025 In the end I found the release date (1995) on some websites (like https://www.computinghistory.org.uk/det/31801/Doom-II/) so I edited it: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/w/index.php?title=Doom_II:_Hell_on_Earth&diff=1717909&oldid=1710428 Reply (Quote)
soleado 0 Author Share Posted September 18, 2025 Okay, my bad, someone has reverted the edit, and I get it now: mac OS (classic) is different than OS X (new). I thought they were just different names for the same OS without making difference for versions. Reply (Quote)
