How to delete images?

I just uploaded this image: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/File:Descenders_Next_cover.png

But I want to delete it because I've found it in higher resolution. However I can't replace the old one because it's .png and this new one is .jpg (the system doesn't let me replace it)

I know I could convert the new one to .png. But to keep things clean: how can I delete an image? I haven't found any button for that in the image settings.

Regular users can't so you have to edit the page and add the {{delete}} tag ie. {{delete|Replaced by JPG}}. I will delete once there's JPG replacement.
