Here's What l Did
1- Installed Via Disc
2- DirectPlay (Not Showed On Control Panel)
3- Tried Launching croc.exe (Worked)
4- Tried Reopening Setup (No Luck)
5- Updating Between Old Microsoft & Intel Graphics 4000 HD Driver (No Luck)

It needs a display wrapper due to Windows and the Intel gpu not supporting the DX5 anymore, as it is too old.

1. Download dgvoodoo2 from here https://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2 (if your browser shows a warning for the download ignore it, it's a false positive),

2. open the zip file you downloaded and extract ddraw.dll and D3DImm.dll from the MS/x86 folder to the folder where you installed the game.

3. optionally, extract dgVoodooCpl.exe somewhere (any folder is fine, also your antivirus might falsely mark it, just add it to excluded files if it does), open it, in the first tab click on the "Add" button under "Config Folder/Running instance", select the folder where you installed the game. Now you can use the control panel to customize wrapper settings (display scaling, which gpu to use, you can also tweak extra graphics settings on the directx tab, etc...)
