Framerate limit or cap as a part of Video Settings template

Frame rate capping is a very useful command that is also a common option in games, but is rarely easily accessible from the game menus. 

 

As a laptop gamer it's a particularly useful option in games because capping the frame rate to 30fps is a very effective way to save battery power.

 

Another fairly common situation is for gamers who have problems with overheating GPU, or are bothered by very loud fans.

 

The field may also be useful to have in the template to indicate unwanted frame rate caps and how a user might remove it.
