7554 Data Config file.

On some modern computers, 7554 fails to start entirely.

This is due to fullscreen however the game only makes a settings file you can notepad edit after you start.

Thankfully a friend of mine got a version of the game with the settings file already there which he then sent to me, which I was able to start my game with.

Here is the settings file set to windowed and English language (Language 3, which is either English or I think Chinese depending on your version.) 

Drop this into the game's folder and it will start.
