Fix for MortalityConfig.exe in PDC World Championship 2008, where the tool would hang up while trying to get AntiAliasing information when there are none available and Sound outputs when OpenAL is not installed.

Credits to Mere Mortals for the original tool. Fix made by me. Contact @idiot.pun_intended on Discord for any assistance with the tool or source code.
