M.I.A Patch 1.02

This patch features the following...

a - Capture the flare Network game improved.

b - Improved network speed for internet games on slow connections

This exe is constructed for primary use over the internet and therefore could
be unreliable if used over a local area network.

If once installed you would like to run a M.I.A network game over a local area
network, please use this exe with '-an' on the command line.

For full details of how to run M.I.A. from a shortcut please refer to your
original readme.

New Network Command line options.

The following command line "-ang" should be used for network games on a slow
connection,  (primarily over the internet).  For fast connections or on a
local area network this command line is not required and the game will
function normally.

Various other improvements to the network game to try and ensure a reliable
connection.
