Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX - Widescreen & FOV Fix

About This File

Comes with a RAR file, which includes an ASI plugin intended to fix the resolution, aspect ratio and field of view in the third-person BMX freestyle game "Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX" (2000).

Instructions:

1. Extract all files to the game folder.

2. Download ThirteenAG's Ultimate ASI Loader (32-bit version of winmm.dll), and also extract it to the game folder.

3. Set the desired resolution and FOV factor in DaveMirraFreeStyleBMXWidescreenFix.ini.

4. Once in the game's launcher, select the new resolution in the dropdown menu.

The Fix as always works perfectly.
However, this Game somehow crashes when i choose my native Resolution in the Launcher. Only 1600x1200 works.
Don´t know why that is thou, i have this problem with a lot of older Games. They usually won´t support such a high resolution (3840x1600).

You have to use dgVoodoo2, because old Direct3D versions have a low resolution limit 😉
