About This File

Comes with a RAR file, which includes an ASI plugin intended to fix the field of view in the third-person adventure game "Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine" (1999), since the game's engine, Jones3D, crops the view at resolutions wider than 4:3 (Vert-). This fix was based on the GOG.com version, so compatibility with any other version isn't guaranteed, albeit still possible.

Instructions:

1. Extract all files to the (path-to-game)/Resource/.

2. Download ThirteenAG's Ultimate ASI Loader (32-bit version of winmm.dll), and also extract it to the game folder.

3. Set the desired resolution to fix the FOV and FOV factor in IndianaJonesAndTheInfernalMachineFOVFix.ini.

Issues:

:-: The pause menu is affected by the FOV change in a bigger amount, however it's still usable.

Version 1.0 of the FOV fixer patched the Indy3D.exe directly and this worked for me a lot better than this solution here as version 1.1 because the neccessary winmm.dll get in conflict with Narzoul's ddraw.dll which I use and also with elishacloud's dinput.dll which I use too. The game doesn't start with this version 1.1 of the FOV fixer while the old version works perfectly.
