About This File

Comes with a RAR file, which includes an ASI plugin intended to allow changing the field of view in the first-person tactical shooter "SWAT 3: Close Quarters Battle" (1999), because even though the game's engine by default is already Hor+ at wider aspect ratios than 4:3, the default FOV of 80º might be too low for some players.

Instructions

1. Extract all files to the game folder.

2. Download ThirteenAG's Ultimate ASI Loader (32-bit version of winmm.dll), and also extract it to the game folder.

3. Set the desired FOV factor in SWAT3FOVChanger.ini.

I have noticed whilst using this FOV changer that although it does change the FOV I have noticed that I am unable to get the FOV higher for the weapon view model whilst using the -handsup command. I have seen the screenshots you provided and it looks like on your game the view model has a higher FOV compared to my game. I would also like to ask how you are able to get the UI in game to look so big at high resolutions as in my game it goes smaller the higher the resolution you set and I can't figure out a way to keep the UI bigger on higher resolutions.
