This file is a compatibility fix for Sonic's Schoolhouse. It is a Windows Application Compatibility Database (.sdb) that applies the "CorrectSoundDeviceId" shim to the game executable (SONIC.EXE), eliminating the "Unable to initialize sound system" error that appears on startup.
