Thief I + II SFX Enhancement Pack: Alt Edition

This is a modified version of "Thief I + II Sound effects enhancement pack Version 1.5" since i found some sounds too loud when using EAX (such as the sword swing).

 

Installation:

Extract "Thief Gold + II SFX Enhancement Pack (Alt 2.0).zip".

Using "Dark engine Mod Manager" click "Install mod archives...".

  • "TGSFX.zip" is for Thief Gold (and Dark Project)
  • "T2SFX.zip" is for Thief 2

Newdark and TFix/T2fix is required.

Released

Now fully installable with DMM (Dark engine Mod Manager).

Great mod! using it to test out the audio on some different sets of headphones, say i want to revert to default Thief 1 audio is it as simple as just removing the SND folder from USERMODS or is there more to it I should be aware of?

Yes, just delete the SND folder and it will return to vanilla!
