Urban Chaos (1999) Windows 10 Crash Fixes

I know many people have problem trying to run this game, myself is not an exception. Problems are:
- Start the game with no Compatibility mode, you can start the game but will eventually crash whenever you restart mission, or win a mission but then crash after 4-6 secs after playing another mission.
- Try other Compatibility modes (even Windows XP2) , the game won't start and freeze at black screen.

Here what I did:
- Install game and widescreen patch, and dgvoodoo_2
- Open game and change settings first (such as controls) then  exit
- Open config.cfg and change "max_frame_rate=30" to 59; save it.
- Right click Fallen.exe and change Compatibility mode to "Windows 95".
=> "Windows 95" works best for me, the game run flawlessly smooth at 59 fps full-screen (Windows 10 64-bit):
No crash in the middle/choose missions, can alt-tab in/out anytime, can restart missions with zero crash to desktop.

Now the only things left of this old game makes me mad are tanky controls when fighting/positioning, awkward timing combo-attacks and steering wheels when driving.
Great game with floating cars.
