This compatibility patch will enable modern Windows to run Need for Speed II and II Special Edition normally as without the compatibility patch, the game will not run.

For Need for Speed II:
Download NFS2CompatiblePatch.zip and run the installer bat file. To uninstall, just run the uninstaller bat file or remove from Programs and Features.
This patch is compatible with Need for Speed II English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Japanese.

For Need for Speed II Special Edition:
Download NFS2SECompatiblePatch.zip and run the installer bat file. To uninstall, just run the uninstaller bat file or remove from Programs and Features.
This patch is compatible with Need for Speed II Special Edition English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish.
