About This File

File to bypass F16C instructions error message, necessary when launching the current version of God of War Ragnarök on Steam through a translation layer through CrossOver or Whisky on a Mac.

Instructions:

  1. Download the file and extract (password: pcgw)
  2. Navigate to God of War Ragnarök game folder
  3. Rename original GoWR.exe to GoWR_orig.exe
  4. Copy GoWR_1.7_F16C_1.0.622.6666.exe and rename to GoWR.exe
  5. Launch game

This patch can only be used on MacBooks and it fixes the audio glitches that were present in patch 3DM.
