Lucky Luke Western Fever 2001 Widescreen fix

When using this fix, the alignment of the targeting reticle is off-center for targets on the far left and right of the screen which does make levels with lots of enemies harder but still doable with some practice. Videos and the menus are stretched horizontally but in-level 3D is properly scaled as expected. Unrelated to the fix, the game framerate must also be forced to run at 25 fps along with some other fixes, see the game's main page for details.
