Yes - those can pay out to your bank account. You can choose a minimum limit or you can choose instant payout. In addition to the Pateron, Flattr and Paypal options, please consider adding an option to donate using Bitcoin. For example, you can use Coinbase's donate pages which allows any amount. Or BitPay. If there's already a way to do this please add it to the Donate page. Cheers!
