Zak's tips on PC gaming

Recommended Posts

Here's my tips on PC gaming:

  1. if you buy any PC games Digitally from Steam, avoid buys EA or Ubisoft or Bethesda-published ones cuz they requires Origin, uPlay, and Bethesda.net respectively
  2. if you're wants EA, Ubisoft, or Bethesda-published games badly. but them from GOG.com instead

that's it so far. more tips?

More overarching tip:

Buy games in the knowledge that all games, even Steam games, can be 'revoked' - you bought a license and you don't 'own' the game.

GOG.com games are the exception!

thanks, that's why I occasionally regret over guying FEAR 2 Project Origin from Steam instead of GOG.com

and GOG.com restore our faith on buying games Digitally as well Physical medium's vulnerability to Sands of Time
