The closed beta for GOG Galaxy 2.0 has finally begun. With it comes the much-touted integration functionality, allowing users to launch games without having to go through separate launchers. The current list of launchers available to integrate are Xbox Live, Battle.net, the Epic Games Store, Origin, Playstation Network, Steam, and Uplay. However, the only "official" integration is with Xbox Live. The addition of more Official Integrations should be coming sooner than later, with Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney expressing interest in integration earlier this month, also confirming that Epic Games was currently in talks with GOG regarding launcher integration.
Integrating accounts is a painless process. Opening Galaxy 2.0's settings menu will immediately bring you to the integrations tab.
The features available to each of the launcher integrations varies. GOG separates the feature list between Games (Library, Installing & Launching, Achievements, and Game Time), and Friends (Friends List, Chat, and Friend recommendations).
One of the most popular launchers on PC, Steam, has a majority of these features active.
Curiously, while Xbox Live is considered to be an "Official Integration", there are still restrictions in place similar to the "Community Integrations".
Did you get in to the Galaxy 2.0 beta? What are your thoughts on the account integration system?

Tim Sweeney, CEO of Epic Games, has surprised us all by confirming that talks are ongoing with GOG.com to integrate Epic Games Store with GOG and their service, GOG Galaxy 2.0. We await news on what happens next - will Epic Games Store games get any rich integrations with GOG Galaxy 2.0?
In this article in German from gamestar.de, CD Projekt head Piotr Karwoski was quoted saying:
PC Gamer has also come forward to state that GOG Galaxy 2.0 is officially partnered with Microsoft:
