Section Table Policy for subjective 'improvement' mods?

Hey, new here, what's the policy on the selection table legends under subjective mods such as gameplay/graphical mods? I was looking at the "Other Information" section under Deus ex, and the mods GMDX and Revision had a positive legend next to positive descriptions, however, the mod shifter has a more neutral description next to a positive legend. Just was wondering whether using the positive legend is the policy for stuff like this or if the Info legend would be more appropriate. Because these mods aren't straight up fixes and have a case to be made against them.
