The installer included will install the port (or patch it if a older version is already installed). The installer also includes a OpenGL miniport for 3Dfx cards (do not install it unless using a 3Dfx video card. The drivers are redundant with AMD/Nvidia GPUs). Note that GLQuake will only work with the full version of Quake. It is not compatible with the shareware release.
