These are the decrypt tool Gibbed.SpecOpsTheLine.IniDecrypt.exe and encrypt tool Gibbed.SpecOpsTheLine.IniEncrypt.exe created by Rick/Gibbed (Twitter, GitHub) back in 2012 and first made public in this XeNTaX forum thread and retrieved as archived by Wayback Machine in December of 2015. Kudos to LowSpecGamer whom documented the Wayback Machine archive link on his video about the game. Instructions Download the decrypter. Unzip it in a handy folder. Such as %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\SpecOps-TheLine\SRGame\Config\ Open the file you need to edit with Gibbed.SpecOpsTheLine.IniDecrypt.exe (drag-and-drop). Make the changes you want in the now unencrypted file. Save the file. Open the modified file with Gibbed.SpecOpsTheLine.IniEncrypt.exe, thus re-encrypting it.

Unpack the archive with software like 7zip or PeaZip. The password is pcgw Launch the game first, then run this tool. Press the displayed keys to enable adjustment, then increase or decrease FOV. The tool will not work with the ultrawide patch. Use one or the other. Tested in game version 113 on Epic. You can buy me a coffee here.

The Remote Console is part of Crytek's CryEngine since version 3.7.0 and allows users to execute console commands or modify parameters from outside their project/game. For normal users this tool may be useful for CryEngine games where the console has been disabled. Note: Certain commands (e.g. God mode) may have been disabled by the developers. Renderer/graphics commands (with "r_" prefix) should mostly work however.

This tool will allow the game to be rendered in most widescreen resolutions. Instructions (taken from the README file): Place the patcher in the following folder:C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\Ubisoft\R6Vegas Open the patcher and select the resolution you want the game to run in. Press "Patch". An edited R6GameConfig.bin file with the new resolution will be created. Note that the tool will make a backup of the original file (called R6GameConfig.bak) before patching it. To revert back to the original config file, delete the R6GameConfig.bin file and change the extension of the backup file from .bak to .bin
