I think that anything requiring actions outside of the game itself, regardless of how mundane and/or safe those actions are, should be considered as "hackable" and not "true".
But I guess that decision is ultimately up to the higher authroities of this website.

I think that certain subjective key points such as "a good PC port", "great performance" and "lots of options" shouldn't be added - users can make their own conclusions based on the available information. I try to remove them from articles, but some users keep reverting my edits and I won't engage in "editing wars".
There has been some quite incomprehensible ones such as "Doesn't suffer the issues of previous Ubisoft PC ports" for Watch Dogs 2 (still on the front page as the featured article information is perhaps only fetched once).

If we were to add those infos I think it would be best to put them under an expandable tab (like button prompts and light bar support are in the Input section), otherwise it would clutter the tab.

I've known that as well. Problem with talk pages is that, unlike forum posts, there is no notifications or list of latest replies/newest discussions (at least, none that I know of), meaning you just have to get lucky that someone will have the idea to open the Discussion page of the game you made a discussion on.

DrCat reacted to Marioysikax in Ideal games to use on an SSD?
One of the main benefits of the SSD comes from installing OS and applications on it as they can perform really fast. To me it sounds really pointless to not use it on those as that's where the actual benefits come from.

You can just keep everything where they are just, most of the optimization is from earlier times when even 64 GB SSD costed fortune and they lasted for much less read/write cycles. Nowdays it's more of enthusiast level stuff, who want their SSDs to simply last longer or want more space to have e.g. more games on there.

And because of that it does feel like the wiki is late on the train again with this, but do not see any harm of having article for storages in general. Especially for stating negatives like why disabling page file is a bad idea even if you have bazillion gigabytes of ram.

But that was because the company doing the porting job screwed things up royally and recommending SSD was essentially brute forcing approach to fix the problem. Game does benefit from it, sure, but that's because the game was f'd up to begin with.

Yes, and it's exactly that "one of the most" the problem.
Sometimes it isn't (be it because in-game AA is pretty lightweight/optimized for some reason, be it because there are even more heavy effects) and I really hate to give inaccurate information.

I and blackbird managed to find a very good "wording fix" anyway.
It's called adaptive multisampling. And it's still there at least in 16.2.1

I think "Impact on Graphical Quality" could be removed and its content integrated in the types of anti-aliasing (traditional and PP) by making the points relevant to it more detailed, since those points are kind of repeating what the "Impact on Graphical Quality" part already said.
For example in "Traditional methods" instead of having "Usually more taxing on resources" we could have something like "Usually more taxing on resources, should be prioritized if seeking a large performance improvement".

If you're going to list "non-free" as a con, why restrict it to non-game software?
I do not think licences are relevant to this wiki's purpose, anyway.

I agree with this however. Some programs should be avoided, especially given the available alternatives.
