    This is v6 of Hellinsect's Resolution Expander, loaded using the InsectLoader. I downloaded it from here:

    Seems to work a bit better than the v5.1 linked in the StarCraft article in regards to always launching at the correct resolution. Sometimes with v5.1 I would launch it and it would launch at StarCraft's default resolution, completely stretching out the image. It also has a .ini file with multiple resolutions, which according to the README is for switching between them by using + and -.
