  21. Why would AgentBJ bother trying one of those games when they are statistical outliers - that is to say, so far from the rule as to be ignorable exceptions? To use a statistical metaphor, when less than 1% of your data is counter to the remaining 99+% of your data, you ignore the minority. Let AgentBJ speak - and for goodness sakes, listen!
