PC Report: GRID Autosport on Linux

GRID Autosport is the latest release from Codemasters in the GRID series. First released on June 27, 2014, it has made it's way over to Linux on December 10, 2015 with the help of Feral Interactive. This is the second racing game from Codemasters to receive a Linux release, with the first being DiRT Showdown earlier this year, for which you can find our report here.

DiRT Showdown is the first Codemasters racing game to receive a Linux release. Available first on Windows on May 24, 2012, it came out for Linux on August 17, 2015, brought over by Virtual Programming. Most recently on 10 December GRID Autosport, another Codemasters release, came to Linux. We have now released a Linux report for that title as well, which you can find here.

The skin has been developed primarily by our admins Nicereddy and Soeb, who handled the front-end design/development and back-end development (server, MediaWiki upgrades, etc.) respectively.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is the latest game in the Metal Gear Solid series, developed by Kojima Productions and published by Konami, running on the Fox Engine.

Grand Theft Auto V is the latest game in the Grand Theft Auto series, developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games, running on the RAGE engine.

The game was released on April 14, 2015 for Windows. Mainly the game can only be purchased on the Rockstar Games Social Club service when bought from anywhere else but on Steam. A Rockstar Games Social Club account is required for both versions of the game.
