I just watched this properly and I think it is impressive how well Repawn has graphically presented the Star Wars look and feel.
However the overall gameplay looks incredibly generic and boring, especially when we know what a studio like Respawn is capable of. The enemy AI for the Stormtroopers looks braindead and the fights look boring. And there’s too much platforming/traversing in this demo that isn’t interesting.
One of the first proper PC games I played online was Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, and I’m not sure if it’s the nostalgia but it feels like later games on that series had more interesting lightsaber action and fighting and certainly this game looks dull in comparison.

This icon is a replacement for the original 8-bit icon for Jedi Outcast. It uses the Steam Banner, which I have upscaled and deartefaced using Waifu2x's UpResNet10 model.
I have also included the full quality version of the OpenJK icon, which I have since pushed to master on GitHub.

The patched version of Battlefront II that supports multiplayer over Galaxy does not include the original icon. For convenience (so that you don't need to manually rollback to the older version to grab the exe), I have extracted the icons from the original executable and provided them for download here.

Battlefront II.ico contains all the original icons from the original executable. Setting a shortcut icon to use this icon should work the same way as setting it to use the original .exe.
Battlefront II_256.ico and Battlefront II_512.ico are the same as Battlefront II.ico, except the contain versions of the highest resolution original resized using integer scaling to multiple higher resolutions, with the highest resolution for each being 256x256 and 512x512, respectively. They are provided so that the icons are nice and big if your desktop is set to Large Icons or File Explorer is set to Extra-Large Icons.
Battlefront II Remastered.ico is extracted from the installer for Battlefront II Remastered. Battlefront II Remastered_256.ico is the same icon, but upscaled to 256x256 using waifu2x.

      Pre-patched Unofficial Patches
      for
Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II & Mysteries of the Sith (1997-98) by LucasArts

This is a bundle and re-upload of the "Unofficial Patch" executables for Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II and its expansion, Mysteries of the Sith. The unofficial patches improve compatibility with modern Windows, add team chat in multiplayer and are required for some mods (particularly Jedi Knight Enhanced and Jedi Knight Retexture Pack). Most users choosing to play these games on modern Windows will want to use these.
These are the pre-patched versions, meaning that the original executables have already been patched. The CD checks have also been removed. This makes them compatible with digital releases like those from Steam and GOG, which have already been patched to remove CD checks (and, therefore, would cause the the original unofficial patches to either fail or introduce CD checks).

      Installation
Simply copy the contents of the appropriate included folder to your game folder, overwriting any files. In other words, copy JK.EXE, JK-Extension.dll and the Resource folder from the "Jedi Knight - Dark Forces II" folder and/or JKM.exe from the "Jedi Knight - Mysteries of the Sith" folder to your game folder(s).

      Important note
The unofficial patches help these games to launch on modern Windows, but there are a host of other issues that you may encounter once the games are running, especially related to 3D acceleration and music. For most users, those issues can be overcome with further file supplementation and tweaking. The following pages aggregate the best solutions for each game:

Most common issues and their usual solutions
      * Black screen in either game: Use a DirectDraw wrapper like dgVoodoo 2 according to the following instructions...

      * No music in either game: Rename JK.EXE or JKM.EXE to something else (like JediKnight.exe).
      * Still no music in either game: Replace the music wrapper according to the following instructions...
