Guest Share Posted February 22, 2015 I always liked placing it at the top of the table as it made more sense to me that way, but certain pages have it listed in the availability table at the very bottom (heh). Well, another reason why we need a guide, and badly. There's already a guide in progress, but I seriously need help from everyone else.
