It forces controller to be seen as second player instead of the default first.
This was supposed to be used with 360 controllers and Left 4 Dead. Just extract the files in the game root folder.
But technically there's no reason why it shouldn't work with other games.
And it works flawlessly with DualShock 3 controllers (and other controllers too, although with little adjustments)
