This is the No One Lives Forever Map Pack #2. It is the second and final official free map pack for the game.
Note that the installer provided with the map pack is not compatible with 64-bit systems. For full compatibility, an alternate installer is required (see InstallShield 3 32-bit Generic Installer). Also, the map pack requires the game to be patched to at least v1.002.
