This is the Age of Empires demo. It is the latest version available.
The demo comes 2 exclusive single player campaigns (Reign of the Hittites with 5 scenarios, and Armies at War, a Combat Showcase with just one) and multiplayer support (LAN and Internet) for up to 8 players.

Note that if the demo cannot be installed, try the following steps:
- Right click on the installer and select "Properties".
- Go to the "Compatibility" tab and enable Compatibility Mode (set it to "Windows 95") and Reduced Colour Mode (set to 8-bit, or 256 color).
- Run the installer. Any inverted and discolored images during the setup are normal.
