Patch JK v1.0 for these features:
- Update to LucasArts' JK v1.01.
- Team chat. (Prompt is second, so that Send to All is still the default when talking.)
- Fixed "deactivated" message bug.
- New cog verbs.
- Auto-logging of in-game messages.
